All orders are subject to a three week lead time as all products are handmade to order.

We post all our orders through Royal Mail, and send 2nd class signed for in the UK.
It will take 2-3 working days to get to you.

Postage costs vary depending on the product sizes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all orders through Royal Mail Tracked.
​
Europe: 3-5 working days
​
Rest of world: 6-7 working days

Ziggy & Dot is not responsible for duty or brokerage/customs fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your order.

COVID-19
​
We have been experiencing delays during this pandemic. Please allow 10 working days from the dispatch date if you haven't received your item as we cannot discuss any delays with Royal Mail until this point in time.

Please note shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. International orders may be subject to delays which are out of my control. Please contact me if your order has been delayed and I will look into it for you.

Refunds/Returns
As all items are hand-made customised to order, I am afraid we cannot accept any returns, unless it is faulty and within 30 days of receiving your order.
​
If you need to process a return, please contact me, along with proof of order, so I can help you.
​
If the value of the item is over £20, please return the item as a tracked delivery so we can ensure it gets to us, and in the best packaging possible to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. Returning the item will be at your risk.
​
As we are a small business we cannot cover the cost of the return postage.
​
Once the item has been received, we will email you to confirm receipt of the product, and we will also notify you of the accepted or rejected approval of the item.
​
If approved, we will process the return and the value will be sent to the original payment method.
